REFUNS POLICY

1. Our Commitment To Customer Service

  • Even while Pexmods strives for prompt service, clients may occasionally need to return an item, cancel an order, or qualify for a refund. The purpose of the refund policy that follows is to give customers comprehensive information about when and how to return items.   • Pexmods withholds real shipping costs from any refund, regardless of the delivery fee that the customer paid. In all cases, processing a refund might take up to two or three business days.

2. Cancel Order

  • In the event that you decide to cancel your order, please email [email protected] with your reasons.
    Calls or emails may be used to cancel orders, but no action will be taken until an email confirming the cancellation is received. Please acquire a cancellation email if you would want to cancel over the phone.
  • Order cancellations are free of charge if done up to two hours in advance. After you have paid the transaction charge, any applicable restocking fees, and shipping charges, two hours later, the $6.99 fee mentioned in our shipping policy will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. Before then, the expense will be deducted from your account.

3. Return The Order

  • Though we work hard to satisfy every customer, returns are necessary from time to time. If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they can return it to Pexmods using the following alternatives.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after arrival, unopened.
  • This item is not created to order. Send an email to [email protected] with any questions you may have about how to customize our items.

4. This Policy Does Not Apply When

  • Goods acquired by the use of promotional campaigns. The previous date for exchanging the merchandise has passed.
  • The product is not being utilized properly, has lost its label, or is being stored in contact or friction with items that are hard enough to scratch and harm it.
  • Not a purchase invoice.
  • The item’s embellishments, like as buckles and buttons, are missing.
  • The item smells worn-in, scented.

5. Exceptions & Modifications

  • Pexmods may, in its sole discretion and only to the extent that doing so will better benefit the Customer, make exceptions to specific provisions of the Refund Policy on an individual basis. None of the other provisions of the Refund Policy will be affected by this.
  • The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter and clarify the Refund Policy to reflect new goods and services. At the top of the return policy will be the date of the most recent modification.
