Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

Both online and in-store purchases are returnable. Online orders may be returned for a refund in-store or by placing a new purchase once the original item is returned. Check out How to return an item online for more information.

RETURNS

Within 30 days after delivery, you can either obtain a merchandise credit on an eGift Card or a complete refund. We will no longer accept returns after 30 days.

We take extra security measures to protect everyone, therefore we could take a bit longer than normal (25–30 days) to process your refund. We are grateful for your endurance throughout this period.

EXCHANGES

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • A product is deemed faulty if it has a technical issue and is delivered to the customer.
  • The product does not match the description: if the online description of the item is not correct.
  • If the color of the goods is different from the online depiction, it is inaccurate.
  • Erroneous product quantity Should the amount of items delivered differ from what was ordered, you have the right to request a return and a refund.

  • The cost of returning an item does not include the original shipping charge.
  • Please refer to our return guidelines if you get a damaged or defective item.
