SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Cut-Off Times

(i) Standard Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before our shipping cutoff time of 5 p.m. ET will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after Friday’s cutoff time will be sent on Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

(ii) Express & Priority Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before our 2 p.m. delivery deadline will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after Friday’s cutoff time will be sent on Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are subject to availability and credit approval. It could be essential to give processing additional time during sales and holidays.

2. Shipping Method 

The majority of the goods that Pexmods sells are shipped to delivery locations in bulk, or “LTL” (less than truckload). In this market, big items are frequently delivered via LTL freight, which is also the most economical method of doing so inside the continental United States. Although delivery windows cannot be guaranteed, orders are handled Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays). For LTL freight shipments, Pexmods now provides curbside delivery at the lowest possible cost to customers.

3. Transportation Costs

Every order has a fixed shipping cost that varies according to the delivery zone, weight, and size of the item. You will see specific shipping costs on your invoice and during the checkout process.

  • More specifically for shipping cost for all existing orders: $6.99.
  • We process orders within 2 – 3 working days.
  • Shipping time is 15 – 20 working days.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We put a lot of effort into making sure your items arrive in flawless condition. In the unlikely event that a shipment becomes lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service agents as soon as possible. If a replacement or refund is required, we will work with the delivery company to troubleshoot and make the necessary arrangements.
  • Please be aware that Pexmods has the right to change our shipping policy at any moment and without previous warning. It is recommended that you periodically check this page for any updated information.
  • Please take photos and send an email to [email protected] along with all supporting documentation if anything goes missing or gets damaged during shipment. Pexmods needs these pictures and the accompanying paperwork in order to replace any lost or damaged items.
  • If an entire shipment is destroyed, completely missing, and unreliable; or if a significant product component—one that is difficult to move or replace—has been sufficiently damaged to become dangerous or defective.

5. Exceptions & Modifications

  • Pexmods may, at its sole discretion, permit individual exceptions to certain sections of the Shipping Policy for the exclusive advantage of the customer, without modifying or changing any other part of the Shipping Policy.
  • The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to update the Shipping Policy to reflect changes in its offers and to further clarify its current rules. The date of the most recent modification should be the first entry in the Shipping Policy.

6. Refused Shipments

  • We make every effort to guarantee that your items arrive in flawless condition. Should your cargo arrive damaged—which is extremely unlikely—please accept delivery and get in touch with Pexmods so we can help.
  • If you return an item, in whole or in part, without our consent, you will be responsible for the whole cost of delivery.
